Mr. McGivern has been managing construction related professionals for over thirty years. He is a founding partner of CCA and is principally responsible for the planning and management of CCA’s technical investigations, particularly with respect to cases involving complex litigation. In addition to depositions, Mr. McGivern has provided expert testimony in numerous State and Federal courts.
Mr. Griffith is a founding partner of CCA and an overseer of CCA’s full range of architectural, engineering, and building consultant services. He has been a practicing architect for over 30 years and has an extensive background in residential, commercial, and institutional design projects. In addition to depositions, Mr. Griffith has provided expert testimony in numerous State courts.
Mr. Quigley has over thirty years of experience and training in engineering, design, construction, planning, and management. He has successfully completed a diverse array of residential, commercial, and industrial engineering projects, and has designed and directed the design of numerous buildings and facilities. Mr. Quigley has conducted numerous investigations of construction defects, storm damages, and insurance claims. In addition to depositions, Mr. Quigley has provided expert testimony in numerous State and Federal courts.
Utilizing her vast experience as an operation manager, Ms. Bass overseas all of the HR, IT, and Operational functions for CCA, LLC. Ms.Bass ensures that CCA follows and implements all rules and regulations to be compliant with the highest standards of operations.
Mr. Manning has more than thirty years of experience in the engineering, construction, and real estate industries. This experience includes project management of design and construction on a variety of projects, including: resort hotels, parking structures, infrastructure, area development, condominium development, and office development.
Mike Kraus brings to the table thirty years of experience in construction and project management of numerous and varied projects. He has demonstrated expertise in the construction, engineering, and management of complex projects, contract negotiations, claims analysis, and avoidance and resolution of construction disputes.
Mr. Davis has 16 years of experience in response management and the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene. Mr. Davis specializes in recognizing and evaluating adverse environmental conditions including the release or threat of release of hazardous materials. Much of his focus has been on community exposures and public health, overseeing a variety of professional assignments to prevent occupational diseases and protect the industrial health of the community and the environment.
Mr. Watts has 25 years of experience in the fields of industrial hygiene health and safety. Serving as Senior Industrial Hygienist, Mr. Watts routinely provides consultation services to a variety of clients in the insurance, hospitality, healthcare, chemical, refining and manufacturing sectors. He brings real-world experience to the consulting industry as a practicing scientist in the areas of indoor air quality and microbial contamination, biological, chemical and physical hazard exposures.
Mr. Selby is the director of Disaster Recovery for CTEH Government Services and a senior consultant for the crisis management and emergency response programs. As program director, Mr. Selby is responsible for the planning, management, and oversight of all disaster recovery and construction management projects.
